At Neptune Health, we want you to feel confident in your wardrobe; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all Neptune Health garment tags are intact and visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
